Private Pilates Sessions
Whether you have never done Pilates before, or you are an experienced Pilates practitioner, Andrea welcomes all levels and enjoys working with your individual goals and needs. All private sessions are 55 minutes long.
Do you want to deepen your personal practice and gain more knowledge about your muscles and movement patterns? A private session will give you more specific information about your individual habits and opportunities for growth and balance as you move forward in your fitness journey.
Are you new to Pilates or Yoga and want to build more of a base before jumping into a group class? A set of five private sessions will give you the time and attention to feel more comfortable with the movement, muscles and breath work as you continue forward.
Is there a specific fitness goal you are working toward? Maybe you are training for a marathon, maybe you are rehabbing from an injury or maybe you want a clear fitness plan to keep you feeling healthy. A set of ten sessions will provide the time to develop and adjust a specific plan to help you meet your goals.

In order to keep schedules running smoothly as well as to accommodate anyone waiting for an appointment opening, all cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours prior to the appointment time. Any cancellation outside of the 12-hour window will result in a charge for the session or the removal of a session from a class package. Thank you for your understanding.
