Do you want to deepen your personal practice and gain more knowledge about your muscles and movement patterns? A private session will give you more specific information about your individual habits and opportunities for growth and balance as you move forward in your fitness journey.
Are you new to Pilates or Yoga and want to build more of a base before jumping into a group class? A set of five private sessions will give you the time and attention to feel more comfortable with the movement, muscles and breath work as you continue forward.
10 PRIVATE SESSIONS
Is there a specific fitness goal you are working toward? Maybe you are training for a marathon, maybe you are rehabbing from an injury or maybe you want a clear fitness plan to keep you feeling healthy. A set of ten sessions will provide the time to develop and adjust a specific plan to help you meet your goals.
