This program will give you a 30 minute virtual consultation with Andrea, a detailed guide that will put the workouts in the library to the best use for your specific goals as well as priority email support for any questions that may arise throughout the month.

Want to work out with Andrea, but have a hard time fitting a private session into your schedule? This will give you access to a monthly library of classes that you can do on your own time. Each month the library will be updated with twelve 10-15 minute workouts and four 45 minute workouts. This option also includes email support to address with Andrea any questions you may have.
